The recording remains the sole property of the Provider.

3. License The Provider grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the hypnosis recording for your personal, non-commercial use only. This license is for the use of the recording on personal devices owned or controlled by the license holder. The recording may not be used for any other purpose, duplicated, distributed, or made accessible to others.

4. Restrictions You are strictly prohibited from the following:

10. Changes to this Agreement The Provider reserves the right to make changes to this Terms of Service Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the recording after any such changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
